A few weeks ago Broncos LB Von Miller did a Key and Peele sack dance for which he was fined by the NFL. Apparently it was because of the thrusting as you can see here.
Compare that to this Charcandrick West touchdown dance in the Chiefs game against the Lions.

This is the Ravishing Rick Rude dance, as the KC Star's wrestling beat writer Terez Paylor reported. You can see that original dance in the video above.
The reason I do NOT think West will be fined is because he was swaying his hips. He was NOT thrusting back and forth like Miller was. Swaying, not thrusting is the key.
