History is on the Kansas City Chiefs side this weekend as they "host" the Detroit Lions on Sunday at Wembley Stadium.
According to a stat from Odds Shark, the Lions haven't won as an underdog in November since 2006.
(I first read that as "They haven't won as an underdog since November 2006" and started writing this post and then realized I read it wrong. So it's not as cool as I thought but since I already started on the post ... here we are)
Of course it means absolutely nothing but I'd rather have history on the Chiefs side than not. I guess.
Not to have the Lions out do them, the Chiefs are 3-7 in their last 10 games as a home favorite in November. Except this game really isn't "home" for the Chiefs even though they'll be called the home team because, in case you forgot, this game was supposed to be at Arrowhead Stadium.
The Chiefs remain five point favorites over the Lions. Odds Shark predicts a 25-23 win for the Chiefs.
