This is usually a multi-week injury but, as we saw with Poe coming back from his herniated disc this summer, he is not a normal human being. I wouldn't be surprised by any timetable with this injury even though most players seem to miss a few weeks with it.
One of the few positives for the Chiefs this season has been the emergence of Jaye Howard, who has been disruptive along the Chiefs defensive line this season. Because of his breakout start to this season I do think the Chiefs can handle Poe missing some time better than perhaps I would have thought before the season. That said, you don't want to be missing Poe. He's tough to replace no matter how well Howard has been playing. This could also affect the Chiefs defensive line depth.
Poe played more snaps last week against the Bears than he has in any game this season.
