Not only is RB Ben Tate working out for the Kansas City Chiefs but free agent RB Pierre Thomas is, too. This according to ESPN's Adam Schefter, who reported the news.
Chiefs also bringing in former Saints RB Pierre Thomas for a workout, per source.

This of course is in response to the ACL tear from Jamaal Charles on Sunday.
Thomas had been with the Saints since 2007 where he had a big role in the passing game. Thomas had 327 receptions over eight seasons with the Saints so we know he can have a role in the Chiefs passing game. Tate, who is also working out for the Chiefs, also has some experience in the passing game. He has averaged 4.6 yards per carry in his career.
The Chiefs currently have Charcandrick West and Knile Davis at running back.
You can see Thomas' career stats below. He's an interesting possibility because he seems closer to a back like Jamaal Charles rather than a north-south back like Knile Davis.
Thoughts?
