The Kansas City Chiefs are bringing back WR Kenny Cook to the practice squad, according to a report from the KC Star's Terez Paylor. No word on who is being released from the practice squad to make room for him.
The #Chiefs are expected to sign WR Kenny Cook to the practice squad. Not sure about the corresponding move.— Terez A. Paylor (@TerezPaylor) October 1, 2015
Cook was with the Chiefs this offseason after signing as an undrafted free agent. He has great size at 6'4 and 218 pounds and it seems a little bit of potential considering some of the talk we heard about him during OTAs over the summer. He didn't make the initial practice squad but now gets a shot with the Chiefs.
