NFL odds Week 4: Chiefs are *only* a 4-point underdog against the Bengals

Kansas City Chiefs fans are frustrated right now and rightfully so. It's been a bad couple of weeks with losses to the Denver Broncos and Green Bay Packers. It feels like the sky is falling.

While the Chiefs are underdogs once again this week, it's not by much. The Chiefs are a four-point underdog on the road against the Cincinnati Bengals.

If you believe that the home team gets three points, then the folks with something at stake in this game believe it will be a close game. (Yeah, yeah, they're just setting the line in response to the money but you know what I mean)

The Chiefs have to hope that their offense isn't actually this bad and they can score some points to hang with the Bengals, who are off to a 3-0 start. I'm banking on the Chiefs returning to an efficient and productive offense with a defense that puts enough pressure on the offense to force mistakes. A special teams score wouldn't be bad either. I picked the Chiefs to win (pre-Phillip Gaines season-ending injury) because I just can't believe that this offense is actually this bad. We shall see.

What are your early thoughts on the Bengals game?
