Here are my playoff picks for Sunday, including the Bengals-Colts and Lions-Cowboys on Wild Card weekend.
No. 5 Cincinnati Bengals at No. 4 Indianapolis Colts (-3.5)
Sunday, 1:05 p.m. ET, CBS
With or without A.J. Green, the Bengals have no shot in this game. Why? Andy Dalton and Marvin Lewis. Lewis is 0-5 in the playoffs and Dalton is simply atrocious in big games, with one touchdown and seven interceptions in the playoffs. There is no way Andrew Luck and the Colts don't take this one home, and by a considerable margin. Cincinnati has a vastly superior roster, but a glaring weakness in the two most important spots.
Pick: Colts 34, Bengals 16
No. 6 Detroit Lions at No. 3 Dallas Cowboys (-6.5)
Sunday, 4:40 p.m. (ET), FOX
Dallas has a terrific offense and Detroit has an underrated defense. Can the Lions front get enough pressure on Tony Romo to create mistakes? The Cowboys should rely heavily on DeMarco Murray as they have all season, while the Lions are going to throw the ball over all the yard to Golden Tate and Calvin Johnson. The difference will be Matthew Stafford, who has yet to beat a team above .500 on the road.
Pick: Cowboys 28, Lions 24
Last Week: 13-3
Regular season: 177-78-1
