The Kansas City Chiefs moved practice indoors on Saturday due to rain and lightning in the area. The big news of the day is that Eric Berry and Marcus Cooper returned to practice. This according to the reporters on the scene in St. Joe.
Berry had sat the last few days with a heel injury suffered on Thursday. The Chiefs indicated they were being cautious with him so it's good to see he has returned.
"It was a little irritated," Berry said after practice, via the Chiefs. "I just couldn't really plant like I wanted to. But we got the information back so quick and they attacked it so fast. I felt like they did a great job of helping me get back on the field. Now it is just being more proactive and keeping it that way."
Cooper has had a couple of hamstring issues this past week.
