For the fifth consecutive year, the Kansas City Chiefs and Green Bay Packers will meet in the preseason finale. The Chiefs final game on the 2014 NFL preseason schedule will take place at Lambeau Field on Thursday night at 6 p.m. (Arrowhead Time).

The Chiefs are not playing their most of their starters in this game so don't expect to learn a whole lot about the first team unit. Meanwhile, the Chiefs have had some backups who have graded out very well, including OT Ryan Harris, who could be the one replacing right tackle Donald Stephenson during his suspension (if not Jeff Allen). The question of who will be the right tackle in Week 1 has yet to be decided so if you want an important player to watch in this game, make it OT Ryan Harris.

Part of the reason the Chiefs don't play their starters in this game is because it gets the other players who may not make the roster some game tape. That game tape can be valuable to other teams around the league who are evaluating the players getting cut. Watch the second half with that in mind.

Note that this game kicks off at 6 p.m. (Arrowhead Time) which is slightly earlier than usual.
