It's going to be a HOT one for the Kansas City Chiefs and Minnesota Vikings, who play their third preseason game on Saturday night at Arrowhead Stadium. The game kicks off at 7 p.m. (Arrowhead Time) at which point it will still be hot as hell (that's a scientific phrase).
As the image above via Fox 4 shows, temperatures are going to be in the 90s for the start of the game and move down to the high 80s by the end of the game. It's been unseasonable cool this summer so this is a change of pace for the Chiefs, who only had a few days of 90-plus degree temperatures for training camp.
Part of training camp and preseason is getting into game shape. Playing in really hot weather is one way to accomplish that.
