Kansas City Chiefs 2014 preseason schedule is one month away

New, comments

Start the countdown, folks.

Peter Aiken

One month from today we'll see the Kansas City Chiefs on the field. The KC Chiefs 2014 preseason schedule starts with a game against a team who has made the playoffs in four of the last five seasons.

Here is the Chiefs 2014 preseason schedule:

Week 1: Cincinnati Bengals (Aug. 7, 7 p.m., KCTV-5)
Week 2: at Carolina Panthers (Aug. 17, 7 p.m., Fox)
Week 3: Minnesota Vikings (Aug. 23, 7 p.m., KCTV-5)
Week 4: at Green Bay Packers (Aug. 28, 6 p.m., KCTV-5)

The Chiefs 2014 training camp schedule starts even sooner with the first practice on July 24. Since we're talking schedule, here is the Chiefs 2014 regular season schedule.

I'm so, so ready for the Chiefs preseason schedule to get here. Training camp is great but preseason can tell you even more. It's a great way to determine who is leading a particular position battle. It's when we'll analyze snap counts to see how much the coaches want to see particular players. It will also be a good time for an update on the injured players, including Eric Fisher and Travis Kelce.

One month out!
