Fastest draft pick signing ever for the Kansas City Chiefs? I believe so. The Chiefs announced on Tuesday evening that they agreed to a contract with sixth round pick G Zach Fulton.
The #Chiefs have signed 6th-round draft pick OL Zach Fulton (193rd overall) from the University of Tennessee.

The new CBA in 2011 made the draft pick signings easier than before (especially for the late round picks), which means the draft pick signings are coming in earlier this year.
The contract will be for somewhere around four years and $2.2-2.3 million based on the signing of last year's 193rd overall pick (LB Nathan Palmer drafted by Packers). Details of that contract here if you're interested.

Fulton was the Chiefs first of two sixth round picks and figures to compete with Rishaw Johnson, Jeff Linkenbach and Rok Watkins at right guard (unless the Chiefs have changed things since we've seen them last). He was a three year starter on a Tennessee line with multiple NFL players so I am curious to see if he can compete for time.
ESPN's Adam Teicher has a list of what all the Chiefs draft picks should make (approximately). How much will top pick Dee Ford make? Well...
Per @corryjoel, Dee Ford's contract should be: 4-year, $8,158,700. 2014 cap number: $1,483,400. Signing bonus: $4,253,600.
