The Kansas City Chiefs newest member of the team's Hall of Fame will be running back Priest Holmes. Jamaal Charles is likely going to break Holmes' all-time Chiefs rushing record at some point next season but I don't see anyone breaking Priest's team record of 27 rushing touchdowns in one season. Or 48 rushing touchdowns in two season (holy crap, that's a lot).
Priest did so many things for the Chiefs that it's hard to pick out the absolute best. But that's what I need your help doing.
I'm coming up with a list of the top Priest Holmes moments during his time with the Chiefs and I need your help. Here are a few of the top ones I have now:
- Priest struts into end zone for his 27th TD, setting a new NFL record (later broken)
- Four rushing TDs in the first half vs. the Falcons
- 176 yards in the playoff loss to the Colts
- Making a comeback after two years off
What other Priest memories should be on there?
