I feel like this is a good sign: Dontari Poe goes to the gym when he gets bored. Even when it's 3 a.m.
Poe posted this picture early this morning and wrote: "Get bored at 3-4 AM.... Get up and get some....."
This is why I couldn't make it in the NFL. I have to sleep at 3 a.m.
