Breaking: Chiefs TE Sean McGrath shaved his beard

The best beard in the NFL is no longer.

Early this morning I came across this picture, which included Chiefs players Eric Fisher, Eric Kush and Sean McGrath.

I noticed it the second the picture came through my Twitter feed. And I was shocked. Saddened would be a more appropriate word. How could he do this? Does he not think of us? I say all this because...

Sean McGrath shaved his beard.

We must be strong. We will persevere through this together. The pain is there and it may never leave. But we must move forward and await the return of a stronger beard, a thicker beard.

Rest in peace, you sweet, sweet beard.
