Will Peyton Manning retire if the Denver Broncos beat the Seattle Seahawks and win Super Bowl 48?
Unfortunately for Kansas City Chiefs fans, that won't be happening. Manning made it clear to reporters earlier this week that he's not looking to have a John Elway-esque ride off into the sunset. At least not this year.
"As soon as I stop enjoying it, when I can't produce, if I can't help the team, that's when I'll stop playing," Manning said, via USA Today. "If that's next year, maybe it is, but I certainly want to continue to keep playing."
Oh well. As Chiefs fans we can still dream...
I do have a question for you about this game though. It's more of a hypothetical now that we know Manning isn't expected to retire after the Super Bowl.
This is a would you rather question. Vote in the poll!
