After a bad snap-hold-kick combination last week the Kansas City Chiefs signed a long snapper to their practice squad. The Chiefs special teams coach Dave Toub said that they were looking at that long snapper, Charley Hughlett, as someone that could compete in camp with them next year.
As it turns out, Hughlett is now a Cleveland Brown. The Browns signed him off the Chiefs practice squad and onto their roster. The Chiefs weren't going to play him this year anyway but maybe they'll look elsewhere for competition next season.
The Chiefs announced that they signed tight end Adam Schiltz to replace his practice squad spot. Schiltz is a name you might remember as he's been on and off the roster.
