The Kansas City Chiefs Thursday injury report saw a couple of upgrades. First off, RB Jamaal Charles did practice in full on Thursday after going through a limited practice on Wednesday. This is obviously good news as Charles continues to deal with knee and ankle injuries. The Chiefs will need him for a full load on Sunday against the Pittsburgh Steelers.
TE Anthony Fasano did not practice on Wednesday for precautionary reasons with a knee injury he has been dealing with but did practice in full on Thursday.
Perhaps one area of concern is LB Tamba Hali missing Thursday's practice. He's been dealing with a knee injury but did practice on Wednesday (limited). I wouldn't be surprised if this was the Chiefs getting one of their veterans some extra rest.
The rest of the injury report is the same as Wednesday.
