It's been announced that the Kansas City Chiefs are hosting the Detroit Lions in London next year. The game will be played in Week 8 on the 2015 schedule. Fans based internationally seem to like it (obviously) while those based around Kansas City do not (obviously).
Let's take a peek at some of the reactions I've come across since the announcement came down.

@mellinger @adamteicher @kcchiefs @ArrowheadPride @ArrowheadAddict What Chief fan in their right mind is excited about losing a home game??
— Vincent Albano (@Valbano206) November 6, 2014
@ArrowheadPride why does this cost us a home game? Why can't it can't as a road game for both teams and they still get 8 at home? Any idea?
— Lendsey Thomson (@LendseyT) November 6, 2014
@ArrowheadPride Nothing cool about the London game. Marketing ploy for the NFL; fans lose out on a home game. Gimmick.
— Bert (@RASKC05) November 6, 2014
The ugly
@ArrowheadPride they better fly me to London then or I'm canceling ST
— Sheldon Wilkening (@Swilk15) November 6, 2014
If the Chiefs raise ticket prices to make up for losing a home game next year I am done
— Jeff Hirst (@JHirst941) November 6, 2014
Another thing: taxpayers put what, $250 million into Arrowhead renovations? So they coughed up money so the Chiefs could give up home game?
— Adam Teicher (@adamteicher) November 6, 2014
@ArrowheadPride @D_1_C I'm already angry enough at losing a game at Arrowhead. If they make me pay for it? My dear god. I'll lose it.
— Max Chilen (@donehavinfun) November 6, 2014
@donehavinfun @ArrowheadPride I'm with you. If I have to pay,I won't renew. Just on principles
