First off, I love the question. The answer can really say a lot about your team.
Second, I really do not love the question because Chiefs fans already know the answer to this. This scenario came up just two weeks ago when the Chiefs played the 49ers. The Chiefs were down by five with 2:12 remaining and they got the ball on their own 20-yard line. Alex Smith threw two passes, the second of which was intercepted and the Chiefs lost the game.
So there's your answer: The Chiefs lose this game.
That speaks to who the Chiefs are. They are not a team that is capable of consistently overcoming leads. They are a team that should move the ball efficiently, play good defense and winning by doing the little things right. In a way, they play small ball like your World Series-bound Royals.
