Dexter McCluster and Tamba Hali are good at raising money

KC Chiefs players Dexter McCluster and Tamba Hali helped raise some money for a family in need.

Kirby Lee-USA TODAY Sports

This is a story about the power of social media and the power of football.

There is a woman named Amy, who has two kids with cerebral palsy named Blake and Trey. She needs a new van to help transport her family. There is a Facebook page dedicated to the cause, which you can read about here.

Dexter McCluster was alerted to Amy's situation by a Facebook post. Tamba Hali noticed, too.

The Facebook page for Blake and Trey was created yesterday and they began taking donations. As of right now, there is over $14,000 raise. And it's still rising! Just incredible.

Here is the donation page. Look to the right with the list of folks who donated ... lots of them are Chiefs fans helping out a fellow Chiefs fan.
