Looks this is when it happened. 11:05 left in the fourth quarter. Chase Daniel hits Moeaki who is wide open over the middle. Moeaki is hit in the right shoulder by Steelers DB Ross Ventrone. His shoulder then hits the ground. He stayed in the game for a play after that (he blocked on that play) before walking off the field.
