KC Chiefs training camp 2013: The first off day in St. Joe

No practice today for the Kansas City Chiefs. It is the first off day of 2013 training camp. Players are required to have one day off a week so this is just following the rules. We asked Andy Reid earlier this week what he would tell his players on their off day and he said they needed to stay hydrated and relax, so that's the plan today.

This is not an off day for bloggers -- we'll be posting throughout the day -- but I don't mind the day off from the drive up to St. Joe. I've been filling up my gas tank about every two and a half days so my wallet deserves a break, too. I also got a little sore from standing around all day long in the rain (is this what Mrs. Arrowhead Pride means about me needing to work out?).
