The map above is a look at the weather in St. Joe around 6:15 a.m. (Arrowhead Time). Practice starts at 8:15 a.m. so we could have a weather issue.
It's possible Andy Reid decides to move camp into the practice bubble, which would mean it is closed to the public. That's due to a logistical issue -- just not big enough inside the bubble to house all the fans.
The future scan on Weather.com shows this map at 8:15 a.m. this morning:
The Chiefs will tell us whether it's inside or outside as soon as they know. My prediction? Practice will be closed to the public, but you may as well wait to hear the official statement from the team. It's my understanding there is a season ticket holder event as well -- I have no idea how this affects that.
I'm driving up to St. Joe from around 6:45 to 7:45 this morning. We'll have the update from the Chiefs (if there is one) either on Twitter @ArrowheadPride or right here in this thread.
Stay tuned.
Update: Reid Ferrin of the Chiefs says practice will be outdoors, unless severe weather strikes. However, Joel has an update from the road near St. Joseph, MO, that suggests that severe weather may be there:

We'll continue to update this post as more information comes forth.
Update: It appears that practice will happen as scheduled outdoors. Players are walking to the field now.
