Leon Sandcastle visits the Kansas City Chiefs today

You know you live in a strange world when the KC Chiefs send out press releases about Deion Sanders dressing up as a fictional football player and coming to Kansas City to talk about it.

"On Thursday, March 28 at 2:15 p.m. the Kansas City Chiefs will make the next rookie sensation - and star of NFL Network's Super Bowl XLVII advertisement - Leon Sandcastle (Deion Sanders) available to all local media outlets," the Chiefs press release said. This is real. Deion Sanders is actually coming to Kansas City today, dressed up as Leon Sandcastle. I double checked with the Chiefs on that and, indeed, it's actually Deion Sanders coming to Kansas City. Hey, you never can be too sure.

1. The Leon Sandcastle commercial

2. Reactions to Leon Sandcastle

3. Leon Sandcastle is the already the most popular Chief
