The Kansas City Chiefs will have to find another offensive tackle to convert to tight end because Steve Maneri is not returning to Kansas City next season. This according to Steve Maneri himself on Twitter.
Chiefsnation: I won't be returning to Kansas City next season

Two of the best years of my life were in KC and for that I am grateful to my teammates, the city, the organization, and most of all the fans

I figured Maneri would return to the Chiefs to at least compete during the offseason. He was formerly an offensive tackle but the Chiefs had him as a tight end when he came in. Maneri had his moments, with the highlight being a four-catch game against Tampa Bay last season, but he wasn't a significant part of the offense. The Chiefs at tight end have Tony Moeaki, new free agent Anthony Fasano and then Kevin Brock and DeMarco Cosby.
Best of luck to Steve Maneri.
