Kansas City Chiefs' Andy Reid the favorite for NFL coach of the year

There's still a month of regular season football to be played but Andy Reid is currently the favorite to win the NFL's coach of the year award.

John Rieger-USA TODAY Sports

Kansas City Chiefs head coach Andy Reid remains the favorite to win the NFL's coach of the year award. Bovada released odds on a few things KC Chiefs-related, and Reid's at the top of the list for coach of the year.

Here's the full list from Bovada:

Andy Reid 7/4
Pete Carroll 3/1
Ron Rivera 4/1
Bill Belichick 6/1
Sean Payton 6/1
Chip Kelly 15/1
Bruce Arians 20/1
Chuck Pagano 25/1

Of course, things may be different if the Chiefs go on a 7-game losing streak to end the season.

The chances of the Chiefs going on a 7-game losing streak to end the season are actually better than their Super Bowl odds, which are at 33/1.

The Seahawks are the current favorites followed by the Broncos. Over in the AFC, the odds to win the conference championship have four teams with better odds than the Chiefs: Broncos, Patriots, Bengals, Colts.

The Chiefs are almost certainly going to make the playoffs (knocks on wood). It looks like they're probably going to be the fifth seed. According to Bovada, the Ravens have the best odds to be the sixth and final team to make the playoffs.
