What an odd season it's been for the Kansas City Chiefs. Through the first half of the season the Chiefs defense was spectacular, staying on pace for the NFL record in sacks.
That seems like ages ago because the Chiefs are now, apparently, an offensive team. The Chiefs have scored more points than all but 29 teams in the NFL. I repeat: The Chiefs have the third ranked offense right now. THIRD!
This of course after they were so dominant defensively.
So, a reader brings up a great question.
@ArrowheadPride would you rather have our defense through the first 9 games or Alex and company through last 5 games in playoffs?

Great, great question. The age-old offense vs. defense debate. I just don't know. On the one hand, the Chiefs were unbeaten when their defense was playing at such a high level. On the other hand, an offense scoring lots of points means you never really feel out of a game.
