The Kansas City Chiefs injury report includes some notables names we'll be looking for when inactives for the San Diego Chargers game comes out at 10:30 a.m. (Arrowhead Time). Mike DeVito has been ruled out while Eric Fisher is not expected to play. Despite that, Fisher's injury is not considered to be serious, according to ESPN's Ed Werder.

There are two remaining question marks on the Chiefs injury report. Tyson Jackson and Jon Asamoah, Jackson has an abdominal strain while Asamoah has a shoulder injury. Both are questionable.
