Say hello to your FIRST PLACE Kansas City Chiefs

With the Denver Broncos losing to the Indianapolis Colts on Sunday Night Football, the Kansas City Chiefs are now in sole possession of first place in the AFC West.

The Kansas City Chiefs did their job on Sunday, beating the Houston Texans and extending their perfect 7-0 record, the second best start in franchise history.

The Broncos did not.

The Colts beat the Broncos on Sunday, which moved Denver's record to 6-1. The Chiefs are 7-0, which means ...

The KC Chiefs are the sole owners of first place in the AFC West.

4. Oakland Raiders (2-4)

I can't believe that. Just can't believe it. Not in my wildest dreams would I have expected this kind of start. Shoot, there was some debate before the season as to whether 4-3 was realistic.
