Greetings to our friends at Battle Red Blog, SB Nation's Texans blog.
Earlier this week, Tim over at Battle Red Blog asked which Chiefs player Texans fans would take right now. Tim took Justin Houston and the comments section had votes for Alex Smith, Dontari Poe, Eric Berry, Jamaal Charles and even Dave Toub.
So now we turn the question over to Chiefs fans:
Which Texans player would a Chiefs fan take right now?
This is one of the easiest ones on the Chiefs schedule. JJ Watt is the correct answer here. He had a ridiculous 20.5 sacks last year, the reigning defensive player of the year. Winning that award in your second year ... usually very good things are set to come. He demands so much attention.
The Chiefs are stacked along the defensive front seven but I would love to have Watt. Andre Johnson would be another consideration.
