As everyone expected, the Chiefs are 6-0 and hosting the 2-4 Texans. Just as everyone thought, right? Of course no one actually thought that before the season but here we are. The Chiefs have the best defense in the NFL and have already put together the greatest six-game start after a season as bad as last year's two wins. Meanwhile, the Texans season isn't going as planned with Schaub injured and third string QB Case Keenum getting the nod.
The Chiefs are seven-point favorites in the game, which means the oddsmakers expect them to win. The entire AP staff believes the KC Chiefs will win the game, according to our Week 7 predictions. Considering the Chiefs are playing at Arrowhead, I can't blame those picking KC to win. Arrowhead Stadium set the world crowd noise record last weekend, according to the Guinness Book of World Records. The Arrowhead crowd his 137.5 decibels near the end of the game, breaking the Seahawks record. That's what the Texans are up against.
Announcers for the game will be Jim Nantz and Phil Simms on CBS. That would be the top announcing crew for the network.
The game time was originally scheduled for 12 p.m., as most home games at Arrowhead are, but the NFL moved the time back a couple of weeks ago. You can read an explanation behind the game time switch here.
All the nuts and bolts can be seen below.
Game time: 3:25 p.m. (Arrowhead Time); Parking lots open at 10 a.m.; Stadium gates open at 1:30 p.m.
