As the Andy Reid rumors have increased over the last few days, the one GM candidate repeatedly connected with him has been Tom Heckert, the former Browns GM and Reid's former personnel man in Philadelphia.
ESPN added another Chiefs GM candidate to that list: Packers executive John Dorsey.

The buzz on Dorsey appears to be growing.
If Dorsey wants the Chiefs job, he can have it, according to Mike Florio of Pro Football Talk.
Packers director of operations John Dorsey is in demand, in at least two locations. Per a league source, the G.M. position in Kansas City will be his if he wants it - and if the Chiefs nail down a deal with coach Andy Reid.
Kansas City isn't the only team on his itinerary, though, according to Jason La Canfora of CBS Sports.
Packers exec John Dorsey interviewing with Jets this weekend and has strong shot to get GM job with Andy Reid in KC

Of course, that bit about the Jets interview could be total bullshit. We just don't know. As we've learned this week, folks who have a motive to lie, usually do. And the motive for bending the truth about Dorsey's interview in New York would be a not-so-subtle hint to the Chiefs to shit or get off the pot. (I'm cursing a lot today! Sorry Mom!)
