Kansas City Chiefs head coach Romeo Crennel went down the list of injured players on Friday and though this isn't the official injury report for Week 4 he's given us an idea of who will be on the official report this afternoon. The big news is that Peyton Hillis is likely out, Glenn Dorsey will be a game time decision and a number of other Chiefs, like Dexter McCluster, still have their status in question.

More injury news: Hillis | McCluster

Here's what Romeo said about the injured players on Friday:

No practice: Kevin Boss, Peyton Hillis, Glenn Dorsey

Boss and Hillis are likely out. Neither has practiced at all this week, which means we shouldn't be expecting them. That means Shaun Draughn needs to step up in place of Hillis and Tony Moeaki will see more snaps at tight end to replace Boss.

Dorsey is headed towards a game-time decision. Crennel said he wouldn't make a determination on Dorsey until game time, which means we'll be waiting this one out until 10:30 a.m. (Arrowhead Time) when inactives come out. If he can't go, Allen Bailey and/or Ropati Pitoitua would step up.

Limited practice: Dwayne Bowe, Steve Breaston, Kendrick Lewis, Ryan Lilja, Dexter McCluster, Anthony Toribio, Devon Wylie

These could all be questionable on Sunday. Bowe's first missed limited practice was on Thursday so I'm not sure where he stands. Breaston missed practice earlier in the week but is now limited so that could be a good sign. Lilja seems likely to play considering he did last week despite being listed as questionable. The rest of the guys have been hurt for a while.

McCluster is the last big name on this list. Crennel said they'd be fitting him with a smaller brace which seems like a move aimed at getting him on the field on Sunday. He could be a game-time decision as well.

Full practice: Jake O'Connell

He should be good to go with two straight full practices.

Lots of Chiefs injury updates to watch out for. Hopefully at least a couple of those receivers -- Bowe, Breaston, Wylie or McCluster -- will be able to play. Dorsey's injury is also a big one on defense because there's not a ton of depth back there.
