Kansas City Chiefs head coach Romeo Crennel ran down the list of injured players on Thursday and there was a new name added to the list -- Dwayne Bowe, who has a thigh injury. Peyton Hillis will not practice again today and Dexter McCluster is limited again.

Update: Chiefs add Glenn Dorsey to the injury report

Here are the details on the injured Chiefs:

Previously: Wednesday injury report

No practice: Kevin Boss, Peyton Hillis

The news on Hillis is concerning. This is the second consecutive day he hasn't practiced, which follows reports that he had a walking boot on his ankle. I'm thinking Hillis is unlikely to play this week. If he doesn't practice tomorrow, then keep him off your fantasy roster.

The news on Boss is also concerning. He missed last week's game after taking a shot to the head in Week 2 against the Bills. The Chiefs are going to be cautious with head injuries. Boss may be out this week as well.

Limited practice: Dwayne Bowe, Ryan Lilja, Kendrick Lewis, Dexter McCluster, Devon Wylie, Anthony Toribio, Jake O'Connell

Whoa. Bowe is on the injury report! It's a thigh issue, according to Romeo. "Dwayne Bowe will be limited today because of his thigh," Crennel said. "He came out and he tried it yesterday and then after practice he complained about some soreness, so we're going to rest him today a little bit. So we'll put him through individuals and see what that looks like and kind of go from there."

Lilja's health takes on added importance with the loss of Rodney Hudson. He's the starting center right now. If he can't go, the Chiefs will have someone who was signed this week playing -- Russ Hochstein of Bryan Mattison. That wouldn't be good. Lilja was limited last week, too, and ended up playing. I think he'll be out there.

McCluster is the next big name on this list. Crennel said he would need a brace on his elbow. This is the second day in a row he's been limited. His status is in question for Week 4 against the Chargers.

Not sure: Steve Breaston

Romeo says he's not sure what Breaston will do today. "Breaston didn't practice yesterday," Crennel said, "his knees were sore, he tried to but didn't feel good about it so then we put him on the bike. So he's going to try again today to see what he can get done."
