Which Saints Team Will The KC Chiefs Get On Sunday?

I had a lot of trouble ranking the New Orleans Saints in my weekly NFL power rankings at SBNation.com. You know this team is better than your typical 0-2 team. But they do have the worst defense in the league. The offense looks a little off. They've lost two in a row to teams who combined for 11 wins last year.

It's hard to figure out who this team is. So when I asked our Saints blog, Canal Street Chronicles, to tell me something about the Saints offense that I don't know, they said there's something we all don't know -- which Saints team will show up?

"Probably the most obvious thing is that you don't know what you are going to get on Sunday. The Chiefs don't know if they are facing a poor Saints team or a good Saints team that is struggling. In fact, no one knows. We as fans are hopeful that the Saints can plug the holes and build on the 0-2 start that they have posted to start out the year, but I don't think anyone will know what the Saints "true" identity will be until we get closer to week 5 - 6.

The offense has been criticized a little bit but even then they're one of the elite units in the league. They're averaging 30 points a game in two losses. So it's not like the offense is a 2009 Chiefs remix. They're still elite.

The key to remember is that you're not going to shut these guys out. Drew Brees and Co. are going to get theirs. The Chiefs only need to keep pace with them. Don't let it get out of hand and give yourself a shot in the fourth quarter.
