Chiefs Move To 0-2 After Another Blowout Loss

Presswire
Awful. Horrible. Miserable. Disgusting.

All words to describe the KC Chiefs blowout loss to the Buffalo Bills, 35-17. it just doesn't make any sense how the Chiefs defense can be this bad. I'm so confused (and angry).

Does this all sound familiar? It should because we went through the same thing last year.

Your half-assed recap is after the jump. This is depressing.
10:11 in the first quarter: "And Ryan Fitzpatrick is booed off the field."

Spillertd_medium

That's a simple rushing play and Spiller takes it to the house. It's like half the Chiefs defense wasn't paying attention or something. Spiller's too fast, as you can see above, to make mistakes with him.

Will anything go right today?

FIRST QUARTER SCORE: BILLS 7 CHIEFS 0

C.J. Spiller is abusing the Chiefs: early in the second quarter he has over 100 yards from scrimmage and two touchdowns.

Right after Matt Cassel hits Dwayne Bowe for a 19-yard gain and it appears the Chiefs have momentum, Cassel is sacked by Marcell Dareus.

Cassel was strip-sacked. Unlike last week, this one is all on him. At 14-0, the Chiefs are turning the ball over. Nightmare scenario.

Touchdown Bills. 21-0. Wow. Wow. Wow.

HALFTIME SCORE: BILLS 21 CHIEFS 0

The Chiefs look horrible but we can now officially confirm that Jon Baldwin is still on the team.

Down 21-0, you need touchdowns. Not field goals.

Remember when Brandon Flowers and Tamba Hali were going to make a big difference in the Chiefs defense? It's 28-3.

THIRD QUARTER SCORE: BILLS 35 CHIEFS 3

Did anyone really watch the fourth quarter?

FINAL SCORE: BILLS 35 CHIEFS 17
