I'm thinking we'll retire "ACL Crew" after this week's first preseason game. Or maybe the regular season. Either way, the "ACL Crew" will be participating this weekend against the Arizona Cardinals. KC Chiefs head coach Romeo Crennel confirmed to reporters on Monday that Tony Moeaki, Eric Berry and Jamaal Charles will all participate in practice on Tuesday against the Arizona Cardinals and then again in the game on Friday night at Arrowhead Stadium.

Though they've been participating in training camp, the three haven't been in a real game and been tackled at full speed. That's what we're looking forward to the most. To see these guys make a cut, get blasted on a tackle and then get up and do it all over again.

It's been about 11 months since any of these guys have taken the field. For Moeaki, it was the final preseason game last year. For Berry, it was the first week of the regular season. And for Charles, it was Week 2 of the regular season.

In even more positive news, the KC Star's Adam Teicher reports that Brandon Flowers, who has been out with a bruise, will try to practice this afternoon after missing out on the walk-through. We can once again knock-on-wood that this wasn't a serious injury.
