It's Arizona Cardinals week. The Kansas City Chiefs will host the Cardinals on the campus of Missouri State Western University for a couple days of training camp practice. Only one of those days, the Chiefs announced over the weekend, will be a joint practice.
On Tuesday (Aug. 7), the Chiefs and Cardinals will practice together at 3:15 p.m. (Arrowhead Time). The practice will take place on the usual practice fields, not Spratt Stadium. The two teams will "participate in multiple practice drills together", the Chiefs release said. Doesn't sound like a real scrimmage.
The KC Chiefs will then sign autographs after the session. It'll cost $5 to get in plus the $5 parking fee.
The Cardinals' Wednesday practice will not be open to the public and then they're scheduled off on Thursday, one day before Friday's game in KC.
