Chiefs Vs. Packers: Game Time, TV Schedule, Odds And More

Presswire

The KC Chiefs play the Green Bay Packers for the preseason finale. The game is in Green Bay and should be an interesting matchup for about 15 minutes before all the starters exit the game. The Chiefs could play their starters a quarter or less, or until they're efficient. The Packers aren't expected to play their starters for more than a series or two.

This is an important game because of what's coming up -- roster cuts. On Friday night the Chiefs will cut 22 players, moving from 75 on the roster to 53. On Saturday, they'll be creating a practice squad. That's a lot of roster shuffling directly after tonight's game.

There are 13 other NFL games this evening, the last 13 of the week. Two of them are on nationally televised on NFL Network -- Chiefs-Packers and the Denver Broncos-Arizona Cardinals. Entering primetime!

The Packers preseason broadcast team is a couple of old pals -- Kevin Harlan and Rich Gannon.

Here are the nuts and bolts for tonight's game:

Start Time: 6 p.m. (Arrowhead Time)

Odds: The Packers opened as three-point favorites.

TV Schedule: KCTV-5 in Kansas City | WGBA 26 in Green Bay | NFL Network | More Chiefs affiliates

Radio: 101.1 The Fox
