Kansas City Chiefs training camp changes up the schedule and will conduct a night practice this evening. The Chiefs will take the field at 7:15 p.m. (Arrowhead Time) for the night practice but it won't be much cooler in the first hour.
The Weather Channel saysto expect temperatures around 95 degrees at 7:00 p.m. and dipping down to 91 degrees by 8:00 p.m. The real sweet spot will be 9:00 p.m., near the end of practice, when temperatures move down to 86 degrees.
That last hour of practice could end up being among the coolest times to watch practice on the entire practice schedule.
I ran through the five best days on the Chiefs training camp schedule earlier this month and I really do think the night practice is the best day to attend. The Cardinals visit may make me change my mind on the best day to attend but for now I'll stick with this night practice.
