The Kansas City Chiefs beat the Green Bay Packers last year, the only team to do so, and they may reign supreme over the Packers in another way. Green Bay may have the distinction of having the worst backup quarterback situation in the league.

The backup quarterback has been a big topic of conversation in Kansas City with Brady Quinn and Ricky Stanzi behind Matt Cassel. In Green Bay, there's this:

If there's any paranoia at his position, Graham Harrell doesn't sense it. The Green Bay Packers are the only team in the NFL whose backup quarterback has never taken a regular-season snap.

The Chiefs situation would be similar if you removed Brady Quinn. Harrell and Stanzi are the same in that they have zero experience throwing the ball in regular season games. Quinn has at least started 12 games in his career. You sort of have an idea of what you're going to get with him. But not Harrell or Stanzi.

We'll have an opportunity to see Harrell when the Chiefs return to Lambeau in the final week of the preseason.
