The 2012 edition of the NFL Supplemental Draft is now over with just one player selected -- Josh Gordon, who was picked up by the Cleveland Browns with a second round pick.
I'll give you a minute to catch your breath from all the excitement.
Gordon to the Browns makes some sense and we should've seen it coming but others are calling it a bit of a desperation move for Cleveland. Time will tell whether this was the right move.
The Chiefs, like every other year since 1992, did not select a player in the Supplemental Draft. We don't know if they put a bid on any players and just lost out.
They could, however, show some interest in the seven players who were not selected today. Those players are: Boise State DB Quaylon Ewing, Syracuse FB Adam Harris, Iowa State OT Adrian Haughton, Carson-Newman LB Larry Lumpkin, Georgia DE Montez Robinson, McMurray WR Houston Tuminello and TCU RB Ed Wesley.
Happy about the Supplemental Draft? Sad?
Any feelings at all about the Supplemental Draft?
