As we noted, the Kansas City Chiefs are inviting a third kicker to their rookie minicamp next week. With three kickers, they'll need someone to snap the ball to them.

To that end, the Chiefs are inviting a University of Cincinnati longsnapper to their rookie minicamp, according to this report:

Two more of UC's undrafted players have a chance to make an NFL team. Long snapper Tom DeTemple and offensive lineman Randy Martinez both have tryouts, DeTemple with the Kansas City Chiefs and Martinez with the New York Jets.

Back in December 2010, the Chiefs gave a two-year extension to Thomas Gafford, the current longsnapper.

Here's the bio on DeTemple.
