NFL Draft 2012: Dontari Poe Drops In Mike Mayock's Positional Rankings

New, comments

Mike Mayock is one of the most reliable guys heading into any NFL Draft with his positional rankings and solid analysis. Thus it's a good idea to turn to his latest positional rankings with the 2012 Draft only a few weeks away. If you've been paying attention, most of the offensive rankings are the same. But with the Chiefs mentioned so often in tandem with Memphis DT Dontari Poe in the first round, it's startling to see Mayock lower him to his No. 4 overall defensive tackle.

Instead, Mayock has Fletcher Cox of Mississippi State and Jerel Worthy of Michigan State making a major leap in his ranking this week at NFL.com. Do you agree? Think there's a guy missing? The class is deep this year, but every player has a question mark. Think the Chiefs should take a risk in the first? Wait until the middle rounds? Check out Mayock's complete list after the jump and tell us what you think:

Mayock's top five defensive tackles:
1. Fletcher Cox, Mississippi State
2. Jerel Worthy, Michigan State
3. Michael Brockers, LSU
4. Dontari Poe, Memphis
5t. Kendall Reyes, Connecticut
5t. Devon Still, Penn State
