- The Chiefs defensive backs coach worked out Furman CB Ryan Steed. He's a projected fifth or sixth round pick.
- The Chiefs have shown interest in Western Michigan DT Drew Nowak. He's a projected late round pick or an undrafted free agent.
- Chiefs attended the following pro days: Wake Forest, Houston, Iowa State (Scott Pioli and Romeo Crennel), Coastal Carolina, South Carolina State, Oklahoma (LB coach Gary Gibbs), Virginnia, Temple, Oregon State, Northern Illinois, Furman, Tulsa, Kansas State, Colorado State, Miami, Cincinnati, Colorado, Wisconsin and BYU.
- The Chiefs have shown interest in Houston RB Michael Hayes. He's likely a late round pick or undrafted free agent.
