The latest on Manning is that the Colts are set to officially announce his departure at a noon press conference in Indianapolis. Manning and team owner Jim Irsay arrived in Indy last night together and they'll make the announcement at the press conference together.

Now that it's clear Manning will be released, we're going to start getting a better idea of who's interested. Already last night we heard Peter King of SI, Jim Trotter of SI and a report from ESPN state that the Seahawks were ready to spend and tweak their offense to suit Manning. I got a feeling that's only the beginning of rolling out the red carpet for some teams.
