Eric Berry Takes In The Tennessee Pro Day

We interrupt this NFL free agency coverage to bring you some Eric Berry talk.

The Kansas City Chiefs safety was back in Knoxville this week to support the Vols football team as some of them prepared for Tennessee's pro day.

"I just told them to cherish the moment. Whatever happens, happens. Just be thankful that you have an opportunity to go through Pro Day, but at the same time do it to the best of your ability. It's always good to have someone that you know that has been involved in it and went through it. I try to give them advice from when I went through it. We do that with everything. That's just the Tennessee bond that we have, whether it's Pro Day, life or whatever. We just try to look out for each other."

My brother Chris' wife, Mrs. Arrowhead Pride, is a UT alum and it's amazing how the people in Tennessee view him the same way we do, as this awesome player, awesome person. Looking back on that 2010 draft, picking Berry was such an absolute no-brainer move. Glad he's on our team.

Berry's advice to them should've been: don't sprain your big toe at your pro day.
