The Kansas City Chiefs surprisingly cut cornerback Stanford Routt last month, ending a three-year contract halfway through the first season. We haven't heard much about Routt and interest from other teams after he went unclaimed on the waiver wire until the report on Monday night that he was working out for the Houston Texans.
Now we have another Routt update:
After CB Stanford Routt finishes workout with Texans today he's headed to Pittsburgh to work out for Steelers.

There's just something about cutting a guy and then seeing him sign with a contender that doesn't sit right with me.
