Dwayne Bowe passes Otis Taylor in Chiefs record books

Bowe is now third all-time on the Chiefs receptions list.

Jamie Squire

Dwayne Bowe is one of the greatest receivers in the history of the Kansas City Chiefs franchise.

Bowe caught a 15-yard pass from Brady Quinn on Sunday, his second of the day. But it wasn't just any catch. It moved Bowe up to third place on the Chiefs all-time catches list, passing Otis Taylor.

Yeah, Otis Taylor.

Bowe now has three catches in this game, 412 in his career. He is four receptions away from Henry Marshall for second place on the Chiefs all-time receptions list. Tony Gonzalez leads with 916 receptions.

So barring something unforeseen, Bowe will catch more passes than any Chief in history not named Tony Gonzalez.
